Your tasks
- Support in the conception, implementation, maintenance and control of Compensation and Benefits projects in the international context of Trusted Shops
- Support in the provision of information and analyses
- Support in the optimisation of the compensation modules and functions of our HRIS "Workday" (optimisation of processes, testing of innovations)
- Participation in market surveys for compensation benchmarks
- Taking on own small projects
- Preparation of communication materials and How To Guides for the People Unit and Trustees
