Your duties

Do you enjoy Compensation & Benefit topics and are you enthusiastic about benchmarks, market data and systems? Do you enjoy working on your own initiative, analytical thinking and have a structured way of working? Then we look forward to receiving your application. With us you have the opportunity to gain exciting insights into our Compensation & Benefits department with 20 hours per week. The introduction of a holistic grading project and the expansion of our Compensation & Benefits Framework are just two of the many challenges we have in store for you and in which you can participate.

Your tasks

Support in the conception, implementation, maintenance and control of Compensation and Benefits projects in the international context of Trusted Shops
Support in the provision of information and analyses
Support in the optimisation of the compensation modules and functions of our HRIS "Workday" (optimisation of processes, testing of innovations)
Participation in market surveys for compensation benchmarks
Taking on own small projects
Preparation of communication materials and How To Guides for the People Unit and Trustees

Your profile

Enrolled student (f/m/d) of Business Administration, Human Resources or similar studies for at least 1 more year
Completed internship(s) in the area of Compensation & Benefits, Reporting or HRIS
Affinity for numbers and data
Independent and structured way of working with an eye for detail
Very good communication skills
Good MS Office skills
Business fluency in English, German is of advantage

The Spanish market also plays a role in my day-to-day work – so the internationality is not only reflected in our customer portfolio, but also in everyday life in the People Department.
