As a Working Student in Account Management, you will support our team in managing and developing existing customers in the DACH region, work closely with internal teams, and gain valuable insights into SaaS sales and customer management.
Your Mission
Drive growth & unlock opportunities
You work closely with our Account Management team to analyze customer and market potential. Together, you identify the most promising segments, develop upselling and cross-selling approaches, create customer awareness, and prepare compelling pitches. Your goal: a measurable impact on revenue and growth.
Hands-on sales mindset
You actively support the team in daily business operations – from preparing offers and following up on open opportunities to participating in customer meetings and conference calls. At the same time, you play an important backup role in operational tasks: when things get busy, you step in, take ownership, and ensure our customers continue to receive professional support. This is not just assisting – it’s real involvement.
Understand customers & sell solutions
You learn about the business models of online shops and understand the challenges they face in e-commerce. Based on this, you demonstrate how our technologies create real value and strategically develop customers and their product portfolios.
Learn sales the right way
We invest in your development: you’ll learn how modern sales works – from structured sales conversations and objection handling to negotiation strategies and understanding the full customer journey. Our goal is to gradually build your profile into a strong sales skill set.
