Your duties

After almost five consecutive years of Super/Hypergrowth within Trusted Shops it is now time for sorting and further strengthening this growth by reassessing and implementing process accordingly. The Team Lead, Talent Acquisition (f/m/d) will be responsible for leading a team of currently four recruiters and two Working students in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our Tech and Corporate organization. This individual will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies and processes, managing the respective recruiting budget, and building relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.

Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals
Develop and implement recruiting strategies and processes that attract top talent
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders
Manage the recruiting budget and ensure cost-effective recruiting practices
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process

Your profile

This is what you should bring to the table in order to be successfull:

Proven experience as a team lead or manager in talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and trends
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Fluent English is a prerequisite
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
