After almost five consecutive years of Super/Hypergrowth within Trusted Shops it is now time for sorting and further strengthening this growth by reassessing and implementing process accordingly. The Team Lead, Talent Acquisition (f/m/d) will be responsible for leading a team of currently four recruiters and two Working students in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our Tech and Corporate organization. This individual will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies and processes, managing the respective recruiting budget, and building relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
