As a team leader, you are responsible for the turnover and growth of our largest and well-known existing customers (e.g. internetstores, Bergzeit or About You) in the DACH region. In total, you are responsible for a portfolio of approx. 500 companies with a total annual turnover of € 10 million ARR. Together with your team, you strategically implement our key account playbook and are operationally responsible for customer retention, optimising customer lifetime value and identifying, generating and closing new opportunities.
You ensure the renewal of existing contracts and your key KPIs are NRR, cancellations (number and volume), as well as portfolio expansion split into upgrades and downgrades. You control these by analysing and evaluating the account management activities with the clientele, as well as closely observing the individual opportunities and the entire pipeline.
- Team leadership and development: Support, manage and develop your team of experienced account managers.
- Sales strategy and revenue responsibility: Together with your team, you will develop new sales approaches and optimise existing processes to ensure long-term cooperation and the growth of your key account customers. At the same time, you will not lose sight of your responsibility for turnover.
- Internal stakeholder management: You shape and design the cooperation with internal interfaces such as Customer Success, New Business Sales, Product Management or the Management Team.
- Forecasting and team performance: You control and analyse the success of your team with the help of performance KPIs.
