In this exciting role as Team Leader, you will be responsible for Office & Facility Management in a rapidly and strongly growing company in Cologne and its international, European locations. Together with your team of six, you will design and develop our workplace environment with the aim of continuously improving hybrid and remote working.
In daily contact with employees, managers and external companies as well as in internal working groups, you represent your area of responsibility competently and make a decisive contribution to shaping our future working environment.
- Responsibility for workplace design to support and promote our working culture
- Management of our external service providers (caretaker, security service, cleaning service,...)
- Head of office management (reception, telephone and post office)
- Responsibility for occupational safety
- Contract management of our office space
- Development and improvement of office and facility structures and processes at our international, European locations
- Responsibility for cost controlling and the annual budget planning of your department
- Professional and disciplinary management, control and further development of employees
