Together with your team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of 15k small and medium-sized online shops with an ARR of €20 million from the DACH market. You and your team are proactively responsible for the growth of this important customer segment. You use signals to help our customers achieve long-term success through and with Trusted Shops in a scaled way. Furthermore, together with your team you manage to find the balance between renewal and expansion.
- You lead a team of five account managers, which you also actively develop as a coach and mentor
- Developing new sales approaches specifically focused on the highly scaled tech-touch segment and optimising existing processes
- You support your team in recognising patterns and establishing proactive automation processes from solutions for individual customer segments
- Reporting of relevant key figures in close cooperation with the unit director
- Responsibility for retention and expansion
- You will shape the close cooperation with Customer Success, Product Management, Sales, Marketing and HR and be an internal ambassador for the success of your team and your customers
- As a People Manager you are involved in HR processes and support Recruiting in building your team
