Your duties

Trusted Shops is a leading provider of trust solutions for e-commerce businesses, operating in a dozen European countries with over 800 employees. Our aim is to ensure that consumers can shop online with confidence, by offering certification and trustmark services that guarantee the reliability, quality, and security of online shops.

As a System Administrator (Telecommunications) (f/m/d) at Trusted Shops, you will be part of the CTI Solutions team which is responsible for two telephony tools: Talkdesk (call center tool) and Outreach (sales engagement tool). You will be a key player on ensuring that both tools are functioning properly and you will help improving the efficiency of both systems in close cooperation with our Salesforce and Reporting teams.

  • You develop new features (e.g. creating new call flows for inbound calls) and test them to make sure they work correctly before go-live
  • You adjust and optimise the current infrastructure of any of the two systems while keeping the customer experience in mind
  • You make sure new colleagues have the right permissions to access the tools
  • You support colleagues with technical issues they experience in any of the two systems
  • You investigate and solve possible bugs (sometimes with the help of the tools’ technical support teams)

Your profile

  • A fluent command of English is a must. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
  • A degree (focus on business informatics or IT) is an advantage but not mandatory
  • First relevant experience (min. 1-2 years) working as an IT Administator/Support or a similar role (ideally focused on CTI systems)
  • Experience with CTI systems or Salesforce is an advantage
  • Good analytical skills and a strong affinity for technical processes
  • High degree of responsibility, reliability and proactivity

HubSpot: We use HubSpot as the main marketing touchpoint and CRM solution with a focus on (but not exclusively) new business: hosting of website, blog and landing pages as well as newsletters and marketing automation campaigns. As a result, it is synchronised with our CRM system Salesforce and other connected tools to deliver data, mainly on inbound leads. 

Outreach: In order to make our outbound sales process as automated and therefore as efficient as possible, we have integrated Outreach as a state-of-the-art sales engagement CTI solution that is very closely interlinked with our core CRM system. 

Salesforce: Salesforce, as a highly scalable and customisable SaaS solution, is used as our central CRM application. It is tightly integrated with some third-party solutions as well as numerous internal applications. 

Zuora: We use Zuora, one of the industry’s leading subscription management platforms, to have a single point of truth for all contract, billing and payment-related processes.
