As a System Administrator (Telecommunications) (f/m/d) at Trusted Shops, you will be part of the CTI Solutions team which is responsible for two telephony tools: Talkdesk (call center tool) and Outreach (sales engagement tool). You will be a key player on ensuring that both tools are functioning properly and you will help improving the efficiency of both systems in close cooperation with our Salesforce and Reporting teams.

- You develop new features (e.g. creating new call flows for inbound calls) and test them to make sure they work correctly before go-live
- You adjust and optimise the current infrastructure of any of the two systems while keeping the customer experience in mind
- You make sure new colleagues have the right permissions to access the tools
- You support colleagues with technical issues they experience in any of the two systems
- You investigate and solve possible bugs (sometimes with the help of the tools’ technical support teams)
