Your duties

As a member of the People Services team, you and your teammates will be responsible for the entire payroll accounting process for Trusted Shops AG employees working within Germany and Europe. In addition, you are responsible for all administrative tasks that arise during employment, from Onboarding to Offboarding. 


You are customer and service oriented, experienced in handling common tasks within a human resources department and you want to work in a team that is international and very motivated?   • Take over responsibility for the monthly payroll with Addison One Click for a defined group of employees
  •  Maintenance of HR master data from entry to exit of employees and accurate creation/filing of HR documents
  • Support in contract management
  • Independent communication and correspondence with health insurance companies, the employers' liability insurance association, the employment agency and other authorities
  • Function as a contact person with an open ear for our employees for all questions regarding wages and salaries and answering all personnel-related questions
  • Internal communication with the financial accounting department regarding, among other things, the processing of open item lists and other questions

Your profile


  • Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with additional job-specific qualification (e.g. HR specialist)
  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in personnel administration/payroll accounting
  • Very good knowledge of payroll taxation and social security law
  • Previous knowledge of Workday, DATEV or Addison One Click an advantage, but not a must
  • Structured, committed, independent and responsible way of working
  • Business fluent German as well as good English skills

As a People Business Partner at Trusted Shops, I experience an incredibly varied work environment with constantly new tasks that challenge me and are fun at the same time. In addition to our Tech Unit, which I support intensively and develop further together with the managers in the unit, last year, for example, I supported the founding of our Italian branch from the HR side. The Spanish market also plays a role in my day-to-day work – so the internationality is not only reflected in our customer portfolio, but also in everyday life in the People Department. Together with our People colleagues, we are involved in exciting projects ranging from the creation of an internal leadership academy to new concepts around New Work.
