As a member of the People Services team, you and your teammates will be responsible for the entire payroll accounting process for Trusted Shops AG employees working within Germany and Europe. In addition, you are responsible for all administrative tasks that arise during employment, from Onboarding to Offboarding.

- Take over responsibility for the monthly payroll with Addison One Click for a defined group of employees
- Maintenance of HR master data from entry to exit of employees and accurate creation/filing of HR documents
- Support in contract management
- Independent communication and correspondence with health insurance companies, the employers' liability insurance association, the employment agency and other authorities
- Function as a contact person with an open ear for our employees for all questions regarding wages and salaries and answering all personnel-related questions
- Internal communication with the financial accounting department regarding, among other things, the processing of open item lists and other questions
