You are an expert when it comes to approaching the best IT talents, winning them for Trusted Shops and accompanying them along our candidate journey until they sign a contract.
- Identification and individual approach of potential candidates via relevant social media channels and business networks
- Proactive and independent management of your recruiting processes from the receipt of applications to the negotiation of offers
- Planning, implementation and management of various active sourcing measures
- Advising the departments in all phases of the recruitment process
- Evaluation and management of external partners and service providers
- Conducting telephone interviews, interviews and practice days (in person on site and/or remotely)
- Active further development of our recruiting standards and processes such as taking over projects (e.g. identifying new channels, diagnostics, social media recruiting)
