Here, not only the entire payroll accounting of the employees of Trusted Shops AG working in Germany and Europe is carried out, but also all administrative tasks that arise during the employment of our trustees are processed.

- Independent preparation of monthly payroll accounting with Addison One Click for a defined group of national and international employees
- Actively design and drive payroll-related projects and apply expertise in the implementation and optimisation of processes, both within and across departments, in order to support our goal of a digitalised, automated and homogeneous HR system landscape
- Recording and maintaining HR master data from entry to exit of employees and accurate creation/filing of HR documents.
- Support in contract management, in particular in the creation of employment contracts
- Independently carrying out registration, reporting and certification procedures as well as correspondence with health insurance companies, offices and authorities
- Preparation of evaluations and personnel statistics
- Management and coordination of the currently two working students
- Support of your stakeholders (HR business partners, accountants, employees, managers) in all relevant questions around the topic of payroll and administration
