What your day as Salesforce/APEX Developer (f/m/d) might look like:

  • Engage in the team's daily standup, kickstarting collaborative efforts for the day. Take a glance at the Kanban board together to plan priorities.
  • Continuing with meetings or work sessions that help you understand your business, build your software or learn from data and colleagues.
  • At first, dive together into the tasks, stories, and bugs outlined on the Kanban board.
  • Stepwise you will become more independent and pull tasks from the Kanban board individually, while collaborating in pair or mob programming sessions will always be part of your week.
  • Afternoons bring productive work sessions and perhaps some meetings, tailored to your preferences and the team's dynamics and business needs.
  • Enjoy a biweekly meeting series with the fellow developer experts of other systems, to align on best practices or gain inspiration for your current project – or just to have a “home” for your pains and gains as a developer at Platform Operations.

What we work with

Tech Stack Operations
Tech Stack Operations

HubSpot: We use HubSpot as the main marketing touchpoint and CRM solution with a focus on (but not exclusively) new business: hosting of website, blog and landing pages as well as newsletters and marketing automation campaigns. As a result, it is synchronised with our CRM system Salesforce and other connected tools to deliver data, mainly on inbound leads.

Outreach: In order to make our outbound sales process as automated and therefore as efficient as possible, we have integrated Outreach as a state-of-the-art sales engagement CTI solution that is very closely interlinked with our core CRM system.

Salesforce: Salesforce, as a highly scalable and customisable SaaS solution, is used as our central CRM application. It is tightly integrated with some third-party solutions as well as numerous internal applications.

Zuora: We use Zuora, one of the industry’s leading subscription management platforms, to have a single point of truth for all contract, billing and payment-related processes.
