Your tasks within the sales team range from direct customer contact via telephone and e-mail, to the preparation of offers and contracts, to the successful conclusion of contracts.
- You inspire your new B2B customers from the first telephone contact and hold their attention
- In cold calls, you use needs analyses to find out what your customers need for their business and offer effective solutions accordingly
- You are already familiar with creating customised offers and follow them through to the successful conclusion of a contract
- Organise your work processes in the way that suits you best Do you like to start the day with your first calls to customers? Then get started! Do you prefer to prepare for meetings in more detail and perhaps want to clarify questions with your team in the morning call? No problem! We don't have a "blueprint".

Your day with us could look like this
You start the day with a joint team chat. After that, you are free to divide up your tasks and dedicate yourself to your potential new customers. You can let our lead management take care of the research for you. Everything from initial meetings to offers and the closing of contracts is then in your hands. You will work in your own personal pipeline, but the exchange within the team will take place on a daily basis (be it a coffee chat or the exchange of knowledge in shadowing).
