Your duties

eTrusted is our SaaS solution for establishing a holistic experience feedback culture. The cloud-based platform enables feedback on enterprise-level at every relevant touchpoint. As a Sales Development Representative (f/m/d), you are the first contact to potential customers and thus significantly responsible for the success of our SaaS solution.

  • Identification of customer potential: Sales is your passion - you research, identify and qualify potential leads on enterprise level
  • Pipeline management: You take over the entire management of your lead pipeline
  • Lead generation: You develop new lead generation concepts and use various channels to uncover new market and customer potential
  • Lead qualification: You independently define criteria for lead qualification and penetrate relevant markets
  • First contact: You take over the first telephone/written contact with decision-makers until handover to the account executives from your team

Your profile

  • First experience in sales, ideally in B2B sales to enterprise customers
  • Experience in active (telephone) customer approach and acquisition
  • Experienced and analytical evaluation of data sets to identify suitable leads
  • As an active listener, you recognise the needs of your clientele and convince them with your inspiring, positive manner
  • You work in a structured and motivated manner, do not lose sight of your goal and do not let yourself be thrown off track by setbacks
  • Very good business knowledge and skills in analysing key figures and customer potentials
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or other outbound tools

As a account manager, I support the account management team of the DACH market as a kind of "special force" and work independently on various projects that make the account managers' daily work easier. From the very beginning, I have been given a high amount of personal responsibility and trust. Trust is not just something that is said lapidary, but is lived throughout the entire company.
