Your duties

Trusted Shops is a leading provider of trust solutions for e-commerce businesses, operating in a dozen European countries with over 800 employees. Our aim is to ensure that consumers can shop online with confidence, by offering certification and trustmark services that guarantee the reliability, quality, and security of online stores.

You love to get to the bottom of complex problems and don't let it stop you if there is no "simple" solution at first glance? Are you interested in a varied job? If you are also interested in business development and the concrete implementation of projects in an agile and dynamically growing company, then you have come to the right place!

The Requirement & Process Manager (f/m/d) analyzes business processes and the system landscape around our core products Trustbadge, Reviews and Buyer Protection, focusing on end-to-end optimization to increase efficiency and reduce costs. He/she reports to the VP of the department.

  • You will take responsibility for the internal system, project and process quality of the division.
  • By identifying optimization potentials of internal structures and existing business processes, you will continuously improve interfaces on a strategic and operational level.
  • The aim of your work is to deliver cross-functional end-to-end optimizations (from idea to implementation/business readiness)
  • You are responsible for requirements engineering(e.g. for Zendesk, Salesforce and Zuora). You determine the needs of your stakeholders, define clear requirements for the product or tech department and translate these back into the relevant division.
  • You support the teams involved and affected by changes before, during and after projects.
  • You present progress and results to your stakeholders in various exchange formats and are available as an expert.

Your profile

  • You are business fluent in German and English.
  • You can already look back on at least 3 years of professional experience in project management in an agile environment, ideally in the SaaS or e-commerce sector.
  • Through a high degree of self-management and initiative, you ensure the optimal project flow for cross-functional end-to-end optimizations.
  • You have good analytical skills, innovative strength and the necessary drive to drive your ideas forward.
  • Thanks to your strong communication skills and persuasiveness, your expertise will establish you as a valued sparring partner for your stakeholders.
  • The confident use of tools such as Jira, MS Planner or other Canban boards is part of your everyday work. At best, you have already had some contact with Salesforce.

What we work with

Tech Stack Operations
Tech Stack Operations

HubSpot: We use HubSpot as the main marketing touchpoint and CRM solution with a focus on (but not exclusively) new business: hosting of website, blog and landing pages as well as newsletters and marketing automation campaigns. As a result, it is synchronised with our CRM system Salesforce and other connected tools to deliver data, mainly on inbound leads.

Outreach: In order to make our outbound sales process as automated and therefore as efficient as possible, we have integrated Outreach as a state-of-the-art sales engagement CTI solution that is very closely interlinked with our core CRM system.

Salesforce: Salesforce, as a highly scalable and customisable SaaS solution, is used as our central CRM application. It is tightly integrated with some third-party solutions as well as numerous internal applications.

Zuora: We use Zuora, one of the industry’s leading subscription management platforms, to have a single point of truth for all contract, billing and payment-related processes.
