After almost 5 consecutive years of Super/Hypergrowth within Trusted Shops it is now time for sorting and further strengthening this growth by reassessing and implementing processes accordingly. The Recruiting Operations Manager (f/m/d) will be responsible for managing the (newly created) recruiting operations unit of Trusted Shops, with a specific focus on data analysis, KPIs and further enablement of the existing teams. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing processes and systems that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire recruiting lifecycle and all people involved. Additionally, this role will be accountable for data analysis, reporting, and KPI setup/tracking to measure the performance of the recruiting team and make more data-driven decisions in the future.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies and processes with the goal of attracting top talent
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, team leads and other key stakeholders
- Ensure cost effective "state of the art" recruiting practices and continue to develop them
- Ensure that our recruiting practices are "state of the art" and cost effective
- You stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Continually evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process and the tools and instruments involved
- potentially evaluate and implement new tools that positively contribute to our existing processes in terms of efficiency, cost and employee experience
- last but not least you make sure that you spar with our TA Teamleads to ensure that their recruiters receive coaching and training on specific innovations, if necessary
