Together with our colleague Lars you will manage the reception - the heart of our Cologne office - and together you will be the focal point for all visitors!
- As the first point of contact you inspire our employees, service providers and visitors with your friendly manner
- You are the interface to the Executive Board Assistant and the C-level
- Take over the digitalisation of various processes in everyday work-life
- You are responsible for managing and tracking the dispatch of IT hardware to employees
- You will work closely with our international offices
- You manage internal and external communication via telephone and email and take over structuring our mail management
- Coordinate processes in organisational areas, such as the purchase of office supplies and their distribution to employees
- Organise internal, external and hybrid meetings (including the preparation and follow-up of meeting rooms and catering)
- You are a safety officer and coordinate safety committee meetings
- You work together with our fire protection and first aiders and know when they are trained
- You support internal relocations and are passionate about New Work Spaces in the office
