- Negotiation and development: You are responsible for the strategic and commercial development of your defined customer portfolio in the DACH market and act as a skilled negotiator for our online shops.
- Potential analysis: You know what goals an online shop is pursuing and what challenges it has to face on a daily basis. This is where you place our technologies at the forefront.
- Proactive account management: You propose measures to optimize performance or offer new products in a targeted manner. In doing so, you also focus on a long-term customer relationship.
- Internal collaboration: You are in close contact with internal interfaces such as Customer Success Management, Legal or Product Management.
