Your duties

Trusted Shops is a leading provider of trust solutions for e-commerce businesses, operating in a dozen European countries with over 800 employees. Our aim is to ensure that consumers can shop online with confidence, by offering certification and trustmark services that guarantee the reliability, quality, and security of online stores.


You love to get to the bottom of complex problems and don't let it stop you if there is no "simple" solution at first glance? Are you interested in a varied job?   • You are actively involved in the preparatory process analysis and planning of IT optimization projects in the area of Platform Operations and thus actively shape the future of our company-wide process and system landscape
  • You visualize existing process chains and ensure that our best practices in the area of project management and stakeholder communication are further developed and adhered to
  • You work with a team of experienced system specialists and a variety of internal stakeholders at Trusted Shops to help solve complex, system-related issues and implement appropriate projects
  • You not only work through the day-to-day requests of your various stakeholders, but also know how to prioritize them. Together you ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
  • You accompany the systemic and technical developments as well as their testing, quality assurance measures and error analysis

Your profile

  • A fluent command of English is a must. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
  • A degree (focus on business administration, business informatics or IT) is an advantage but not mandatory
  • An affinity for analyzing business processes and project management is a prerequisite - ideally confirmed by initial experience
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot or Salesforce) is desirable
  • Good analytical skills and a strong motivation to familiarize yourself with unfamiliar topics and to contribute your own approaches to our team
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy team & independent project work

HubSpot: We use HubSpot as the main marketing touchpoint and CRM solution with a focus on (but not exclusively) new business: hosting of website, blog and landing pages as well as newsletters and marketing automation campaigns. As a result, it is synchronised with our CRM system Salesforce and other connected tools to deliver data, mainly on inbound leads. 

Outreach: In order to make our outbound sales process as automated and therefore as efficient as possible, we have integrated Outreach as a state-of-the-art sales engagement CTI solution that is very closely interlinked with our core CRM system. 

Salesforce: Salesforce, as a highly scalable and customisable SaaS solution, is used as our central CRM application. It is tightly integrated with some third-party solutions as well as numerous internal applications. 

Zuora: We use Zuora, one of the industry’s leading subscription management platforms, to have a single point of truth for all contract, billing and payment-related processes.
