You will be part of the People Business Partner Team, which takes care of the direct support of our People Managers in all HR core topics. We support the People Managers and thus all our Trustees throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle with expertise in change and communication management, HR development, labor law and many other topics.
If you already have some experience in an operational HR team, have an eye for detail and are keen to learn about the full range of People Business Partnering, we look forward to meeting you.
Your tasks
As part of our People Business Partner team, you will be independently responsible for self-contained task packages and also support the People Business Partners in various project topics:
- Responsibility for organizing the onboarding process incl. initial communication to our new trustees
- Independent processing of processes or creation of small reports
- Implementation of communications in our internal blog
- Collaboration in various HR projects
