Your duties

Become part of our success story and support our international people team with immediate effect! Are you looking for an exciting mix of operational and conceptual HR work in a constantly changing and growing company? Then you've come to the right place!

Advice and support for the specialists and managers of defined company divisions in Germany as well as support for our Dutch location
Employee support in selected HR-relevant matters
Participation as key user in the project team in the further development of our HRIS Workday
Efficient design of our operational HR topics and their further development in line with the corporate strategy
Implementation, control and further development of HR processes and tools
Cooperation and further development of the processes of our foreign locations

Your profile

A degree in economics or social sciences, ideally with a focus on human resources, or comparable training.
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
First HR projectmanagement experience (e.g. in the introduction/further development of HR systems)
Experience in the use of HR systems (e.g. Workday)
Very good knowledge of German labour law. Knowledge of Dutch labour law is an advantage, but not a must
A "hands on mentality" with enjoyment of a wide range of tasks and a healthy dose of pragmatism
Very good communication skills and an assertive, authoritative and appreciative manner
Business fluent in German and English

In addition to our Tech Unit, which I support intensively and develop further together with the managers in the unit, last year, for example, I supported the founding of our Italian branch from the HR side. The Spanish market also plays a role in my day-to-day work – so the internationality is not only reflected in our customer portfolio, but also in everyday life in the People Department. Together with our People colleagues, we are involved in exciting projects ranging from the creation of an internal leadership academy to new concepts around New Work.
