Your duties

After almost five years of super/hypergrowth at Trusted Shops, it is now time to sort out and further strengthen this growth by re-evaluating processes, systems and our candidate journey and implementing them accordingly. As Director Talent Acquisition (f/m/d), you will be responsible for leading our team of 12  talent acquisition specialists (including 2 Team Leaders* as direct report) across all departments (Tech, Corporate, Commercial) and all Trusted Shops markets (France, Spain, Poland Italy, Germany, Netherlands, UK). In this role, you will report to our Vice President People and will cooperate closely with Trusted Shops management.

  • Further development of the existing recruiting organization with focus on structures and process efficiency
  • Evaluation, optimization and if necessary implementation of recruiting relevant tools, systems and technologies 
  • Development and implementation of KPI-based reporting to meassure success and efficiency of the recruiting process and to ensure  demand-driven capacity planning within the recruiting team
  • Development of a long-term recruiting strategy taking into account the company's goals and values
  • Coordination and management of the cooperation with the works council around the hiring process of new employees
  • Planning, steering and monitoring of recruiting-relevant projects in the context of organizational and corporate changes

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in developing and managing an international team of experienced recruiter as well as experience in managing executives
  • Experience in building KPI-based reporting, analyzing relevant data and deriving measures to optimize processes and overall efficiency
  • Knowledge and understanding of current recruiting trends (systems, performance-based campaigns, candidate markets of the different Trusted Shops locations)
  • Experience in active cooperation with a works council with focus on the recruitment and hiring process
  • Business fluent in English (communication with recruiting team exclusively in English)
  • Excellent communication skills as a company-wide representative of the Talent Acquisition department
  • Competence in structured and result-oriented project management including stakeholder management

As a People Business Partner at Trusted Shops, I experience an incredibly varied work environment with constantly new tasks that challenge me and are fun at the same time. In addition to our Tech Unit, which I support intensively and develop further together with the managers in the unit, last year, for example, I supported the founding of our Italian branch from the HR side. The Spanish market also plays a role in my day-to-day work – so the internationality is not only reflected in our customer portfolio, but also in everyday life in the People Department.
