Your duties

  • Lead a team of Business Coaches: Define and lead (new & existing business) teams, consisting of over 10+ coaches; ensuing they operate with consistency and global best practice. Continuously enable and grow the effectiveness of this team.
  • Business Partnering: Lead a business partner model with the sales organization, enabling a global centre of excellence, to drive quality and consistency in our business operating model globally.
  • Content development: Ensure sales leaders are equipped with high quality and relevant content, which they can use to enable their individual contributors.
  • Enablement Strategy: Define the future of the Revenue Enablement function, by partnering with Senior Leadership in helping shape the future organization's structure and GTM operating model.
  • Be a subject-matter expert: Ensure you can support and challenge the GTM motions as a subject-matter expert, to ensure the continuous optimization of the sales organization with the goal of serving our customers in the best possible way.
  • Support recruitment and evaluation of sales teams: Work as a trusted partner to Sales Directors and our people team, to ensure the consistent quality control of our growing sales teams. From supporting us to consistently find the right talent, to the ongoing evaluation of our sales team, and continuous coaching and mentoring at a team lead level and above.
  • Playbook and tool implementation: ensure that our organization understands and follows our playbooks and commercial tools, and expand it with onboarding, training & learning standards.
  • Platforms: Ensure all learning platforms operate optimally and have high adoption in the sales teams.
  • Success Tracking: Identify and create metrics for ensuring program effectiveness, consistency in sales motion and overall effectiveness of training programs.
  • Onboarding programmes: Design and own an onboarding program for sales roles to ensure an efficient ramp up and evaluation of new sales team members.
  • Create business impact: Being outcomes (over output) oriented. Remain flexible and proactive to support the end-goal of making our sales teams become more efficient; this means you are intrinsically motivated to solve problems.


Your profile


  • Must be located in Germany
  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in sales & project management, e-commerce,
    Training/ Coaching or Learning Management
  • Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in leading a GTM team of 3+ members (bonus: a
    former Director role).
  • Experience in technology companies (ideally SaaS business).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at management level and experience in dealing
    with external partners and agencies.
  • Experience in leading and growing and multicultural team with high power of persuasion as
    passion for people development.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with multiple teams across the business to deliver high quality
    joint outcomes, such as onboarding, improvement coaching and content-creation.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution focused approach.
  • Skilled in core GTM platforms, such as Excel, Salesforce, Highspot and Clari (specific tools not a
    must)
  • Business fluent in English (Additional languages are a plus).

HubSpot: We use HubSpot as the main marketing touchpoint and CRM solution with a focus on (but not exclusively) new business: hosting of website, blog and landing pages as well as newsletters and marketing automation campaigns. As a result, it is synchronised with our CRM system Salesforce and other connected tools to deliver data, mainly on inbound leads. 

Outreach: In order to make our outbound sales process as automated and therefore as efficient as possible, we have integrated Outreach as a state-of-the-art sales engagement CTI solution that is very closely interlinked with our core CRM system. 

Salesforce: Salesforce, as a highly scalable and customisable SaaS solution, is used as our central CRM application. It is tightly integrated with some third-party solutions as well as numerous internal applications. 

Zuora: We use Zuora, one of the industry’s leading subscription management platforms, to have a single point of truth for all contract, billing and payment-related processes.
