You are an experienced as well as customer and sales oriented leader. Together with your team of thirty, you are responsible for a portfolio of more than 25,000 B2B customers from the DACH region with a total volume of more than 50 million ARR. You are responsible for renewal of existing contracts as well as the identification and conversion of new opportunities in our three customer segments High-, Mid-, and Tech Touch.

- Team Leadership and Development: Support and manage your team leads and their teams to achieve their goals and continuously develop and grow.
- Account Management Playbook: You will work with the Business Operations team to further develop the playbook to identify additional sales potential. You will develop strategies and processes to ensure the growth and renewal of our existing clientele.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders: You take a central role in the organisation and act with many interfaces, such as the management team and the executive board, Customer Success, Customer Marketing, New Business Sales or Product Management.
