Your duties

Trusted Shops ist ein wachsendes, internationales SaaS-Unternehmen mit sechs Standorten und über 900 Trustees in ganz Europa. Wir haben es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, eine digitale Welt zu schaffen, der man vertrauen kann.

Als Director der Customer Success Unit unterstützt Du unsere Kunden dabei, durch die Nutzung unserer Plattform maximalen Erfolg zu erzielen und die Logo Retention zu sichern. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team verantwortest Du ein Portfolio von mehr als 30.000 B2B-Kunden aus der DACH-Region und trägst dazu bei, unserem Ziel jeden Tag näher zu kommen: Vertrauen in einer digitalen Welt zu schaffen.

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung von sechs Teamleads innerhalb der Customer Success und Customer Support Unit mit 40 Mitarbeitenden
  • Definition und Umsetzung der Customer Success Strategie sowie Entwicklung zukunftsgerichteter Strukturen zur Erzielung der größtmögliche ROI für unsere Kunden
  • Verantwortung für Logo Retention und Annual Renewal
  • Monitoring und Optimierung der Customer Success KPIs
  • Sparringspartner und Initiator für die strategische Entwicklung des Kunden
  • Interner Botschafter für den Kundenerfolg
  • Schnittstellenübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Management, Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, Operations und Consumer Service

Your profile

  • Nachweisbare Erfolgsbilanz im Aufbau skalierbarer SaaS-Geschäftsabläufe und bei der Erzielung zentraler Geschäftsergebnisse
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit mindestens fünf Jahren Erfahrung auf Managementebene
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse 
  • Coaching und Mentoring der Teammitglieder
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Netzwerkfähigkeiten
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit

As a junior account manager, I support the account management team of the DACH market as a kind of "special force" and work independently on various projects that make the account managers' daily work easier.
