Your duties

You are an experienced as well as customer and sales oriented leader. Together with your team of thirty, you are responsible for a portfolio of more than 25,000 B2B customers from the DACH region with a total volume of more than 50 million ARR. You are responsible for renewal of existing contracts as well as the identification and conversion of new opportunities in our three customer segments High-, Mid-, and Tech Touch.

Embedded in the ambitious growth targets of Trusted Shops, the position offers and requires continuous development and increasing responsibility.

  • Team Leadership and Development: Support and manage your team leads and their teams to achieve their goals and continuously develop and grow.
  • Account Management Playbook: You will work with the Business Operations team to further develop the playbook to identify additional sales potential. You will develop strategies and processes to ensure the growth and renewal of our existing clientele.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders: You take a central role in the organisation and act with many interfaces, such as the management team and the executive board, Customer Success, Customer Marketing, New Business Sales or Product Management.
  • Goal orientation and team performance: steering the team with the help of performance KPIs in SaaS sales and forecasting

Your profile

  • Proven experience and track record of proactive account management in a SaaS environment
  • Several years of experience leading account management or sales teams
  • Ideally experience in small and medium sized business
  • Open personality coupled with excellent communication skills, persuasiveness and determination
  • You feel comfortable in a fast-growing and changing environment and want to help shape it
  • High quality standards and a can-do mentality with which you equally motivate others
  • Stakeholder management at executive, management and departmental level
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Remote work experience

As a account manager, I support the account management team of the DACH market as a kind of "special force" and work independently on various projects that make the account managers' daily work easier. From the very beginning, I have been given a high amount of personal responsibility and trust. Trust is not just something that is said lapidary, but is lived throughout the entire company.
