Your duties

Customer communication is your passion. You are keen on scalable, (partially) automated customer contact - away from the classic 1:1 direct contact to 1:n. You are an e-commerce professional and know how to make your customers' online stores more successful. You recognize optimization potential and know how to support your customers in the implementation and advise them in the best possible way. You are a networker and keep your eyes and ears open to get fresh ideas for the optimization of your customer stores. The success of your customer stores is your goal and your motivation - day after day.

Proactive account management - You are independently responsible for a defined customer portfolio (small online stores and start-ups), are available as the first contact person and derive ideas from your work to deliver added value for all customers of your team.

Work smarter not harder
: Tech-Touch means addressing a large number of customers with smart, (partially) automated and technical communication tools in such a way that the individual customer feels personally addressed and we meet their expectations of our trust solutions. You achieve this through your clear eye for pattern recognition and refined 1:n communication measures.

Recognition of potential
- You know what goals an online store is pursuing and what challenges it has to face on a daily basis. This is where customer contact comes in. You always take into account the customers with whom you are not in personal contact.

Customer communication
: You are the first point of contact for questions and support customers with your knowledge of digital trust solutions. At the same time, you use their feedback on our products to provide impetus for our product development.

Your profile

  • Experience in active B2B customer approach and communication and sound knowledge in autonomous account/ customer portfolio management, ideally in 1:n communication.
  • Strong communication skills, customer and solution orientation.
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize independently.
  • Structured approach to work and a hands-on mentality.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • German language skills at native speaker level (C2), as well as very good English skills (C1)

As a account manager, I support the account management team of the DACH market as a kind of "special force" and work independently on various projects that make the account managers' daily work easier.
