As a Contract Manager (f/m/d), you are responsible for the entire contract management of our enterprise customers and together with your colleagues from Sales and Customer Success Management you shape a successful and long-term customer relationship. You act directly at the interface to our customers - in new business as well as in account management.
- Contract Management - You create and review B2B contracts based on individual customer conditions. You participate in contract negotiations and support your team in account management.
- Interface management - You act as a contact person for our external enterprise customers as well as for internal stakeholders in the areas of contract management, legal and controlling. This also includes the internal coordination of customer requirements regarding data protection and IT security.
- Monitoring - Invoicing, payment deadlines and contractual arrangements are a central part of your responsibility. You ensure precise, correct and transparent payment processes and always keep an eye on them.
- Data management - You maintain the contract and billing data in our systems and ensure systematic document management.
- Retention - Through interactions with our clients you will foster loyalty to eTrusted contributing to the achievement of the company's goal.
