Your duties

Thanks to our Contract Expert Team, our existing European clients are in good hands with us regarding all contractual issues. In addition to checking and accepting membership applications, data maintenance and contract amendments are among the daily tasks. The team is thus responsible for the smooth running of the contracts and fulfils the change requests of our customers.

  • Processing, checking and accepting membership applications from Dutch and German-speaking countries, in accordance with minimum legal requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Contract maintenance in existing customer management: master data maintenance and ensuring data quality
  • Processing of extraordinary contract terminations and related invoicing
  • Evaluation and optimisation of processes in cooperation with your team, e.g. by developing templates and best practices
  • Knowledge transfer and documentation within your team and across departments
  • Internal communication and close collaboration with colleagues from the Sales, Accounting, Certification and Legal teams
  • Reporting and following up on technical challenges within the framework of our escalation management

Your profile

  • Fluent Dutch, German and very good written and spoken English are a must. Other European languages are an advantage.
  • At least two years of professional experience in a customer-centric role.
  • No fear of contact with accounts receivable systems (e.g. Zuora) and first successes in working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Confident handling of browser-based applications as well as MS Office products
  • A way of working that is characterised by service orientation, precision and independence

As a account manager, I support the account management team of the DACH market as a kind of "special force" and work independently on various projects that make the account managers' daily work easier. From the very beginning, I have been given a high amount of personal responsibility and trust. Trust is not just something that is said lapidary, but is lived throughout the entire company.
