eTrusted is our SaaS solution for establishing a holistic experience feedback culture. The cloud-based platform enables feedback on enterprise-level at every relevant touchpoint. As a Business Development Representative (f/m/d), you are the first contact to potential customers and thus significantly responsible for the success of our SaaS solution.
- Identification of customer potential: Sales is your passion - you research, identify and qualify potential leads on enterprise level
- Pipeline management: You take over the entire management of your lead pipeline
- Lead generation: You develop new lead generation concepts and use various channels to uncover new market and customer potential
- Lead qualification: You independently define criteria for lead qualification and penetrate relevant markets
- First contact: You take over the first telephone/written contact with decision-makers until handover to the account executives from your team
