Together with your colleagues, as an account manager you are independently responsible for a defined customer portfolio of B2B customers (online stores) from the DACH region and proactively develop it further. You independently identify potential for increasing sales performance in day-to-day business and know how to pick up your customer stores exactly where they are at the moment: The success of your customers is your goal and your motivation - day after day.
- Proactive account management: You are independently responsible for a defined customer portfolio of small to medium-sized online stores (Tech Touch). You are able to understand the differences in their way of working in order to adapt your expansion strategy accordingly.
- Potential analysis: You know what goals an online shop is pursuing and what challenges it has to face on a daily basis. This is where you place our technologies at the forefront.
- Negotiation and development: You are responsible for the strategic and commercial development of your defined customer portfolio in the DACH market and act as a skilled negotiator for our online shops.
- Internal collaboration: You are in close contact with internal interfaces such as New Business Sales or Product Management. You will also have a Customer Success Manager at your side, who will ensure that your customer stores are successful with our solutions. Within this team structure you are able to maximize the output of customer retention and contract expansion.
