Needs analysis and personalized consulting – Understand the potential customers' needs and present tailored solutions, highlighting the advantages of Trusted Shops’ services (e.g., Trustmark, reviews, buyer protection).

Managing the entire sales cycle – Handle every stage of the negotiation, from lead qualification to the offer presentation, negotiation, and closing the deal.

Collaboration with internal teams (Account Manager, Customer Success, etc.) – Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition after the sale and provide feedback to improve the acquisition funnel.
