Follow-Ups and Pipeline Management

You check in with yesterday’s contacts, send tailored emails, and update your CRM. Keeping your pipeline healthy is essential for hitting your monthly targets. You also track your progress against KPIs: number of qualified leads, conversion rate, and revenue potential.

Team Sync

Portfolio Review

Review your portfolio in the CRM: Which shops are onboarding today? Who needs support with product adoption? You check KPIs like retention rate and product usage to prioritize your tasks. A quick sync with Sales and Account Management ensures alignment on shared customers.

Welcome Calls

You prepare for a new customer onboarding session: reviewing their business model, goals, and challenges. You tailor the onboarding plan so they can start using our solutions effectively from day one.

Customer Onboarding Call

You lead video calls with new online shops. You walk them through the integration of our solutions, answer questions, and share best practices. Your goal: make them feel confident and excited about using Trusted Shops.

Product Adoption Check

You analyze usage data for existing customers. Are they fully leveraging our features? If not, you schedule follow-up calls or send personalized tips to help them get the most out of our solutions

Strategic Customer Call

You join a call with an Account Manager and a key customer to discuss expansion opportunities. Your role: provide insights on product performance and success metrics, ensuring the customers sees clear value before moving forward.

Internal Collaboration

You work closely with Sales and AM teams to align on upcoming renewals and upsell opportunities. You also share feedback with Product Management to improve features based on customers needs.

Strategic Account Development

Portfolio work: analyzing performance reports, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and preparing proposals. You collaborate with Legal Consultants or Product Management to ensure your customers get the most relevant solutions.

Internal Alignment

You join a quick call with New Business Sales to discuss leads transitioning into your portfolio. Together with Customer Success, you plan onboarding steps and ensure a smooth handover. This teamwork maximizes client satisfaction and long-term retention.

In this first conversation, you’ll meet one of our Talent Acquisition Partners. We’ll talk about your experience, your motivation, and what excites you about joining Trusted Shops. It’s also your chance to learn more about our culture, our onboarding academy and the role you’re applying for.

Step 2
Interview and Practical Task with People Manager

Here, you’ll meet your potential People Manager. Together, you’ll dive deeper into the role, discuss expectations, and work through a practical task related to your future responsibilities. This step gives you a clear picture of what your day-to-day could look like.

Step 3
Feedback and Offer

We value transparency and speed. After your interviews, we’ll share clear feedback and, if it’s a match, present you with an offer to join our team. Our goal is to make this process as smooth and positive as possible for you.

Start making a difference
